Flexible Working Policy
We love working together and whatever approach we take, our aim is to create and keep a great sense of team, be able to collaborate, make sure our customers are happy and we do not lose sight of our values.
As a starting point, we are an office-based company, and some of our working hours need to be worked from there so we keep the things we have described above.
When considering whether a more flexible approach to how and where your work is done is possible, our main consideration is the impact on our clients and the rest of the team. As a result, this policy outlines our approach to finding a balance and works alongside our Flexible Working Policy.
