Redundancy
From time-to-time circumstances may make it necessary for us to consider reducing staffing levels. However, we are committed to protecting the employment security of all employees and would only consider redundancy once all other feasible options had been fully explored. We would hope that redundancies rarely occur and as such, we try to take each case individually on its own merit. That said, One Degree North has produced some basic guidelines which outline the statutory redundancy procedure.
In line with best practice and ACAS guidelines, we may alter the below guidelines.
