Your general wellbeing is important too and as a company we encourage and support a variety of activities that aim to help you be the best you can be.
Whilst stress, anxiety and mental health are very important and we want you to feel comfortable at work, your physical health is important too. As a result, we encourage and support colleagues who want to get away from their desks at lunch time, to either go for a walk, go to the gym or attend a fitness class. We also encourage walking meetings and outside meetings, colleagues getting together out of hours for social clubs (including running, walking, crafting or other activities as appropriate) and training for charity events.
