Day Subsistence

It is expected that you will be able to make your own alternative arrangements when travelling on business, such that you incur no additional expenditure on food and refreshments compared with your normal level of expenditure. Claims for additional food and refreshment expenses can be made on those occasions where this has not been possible. All such claims must be supported by receipts.
