Appeal

If you choose to appeal our decision to make you redundant then you must tell us in writing within the timeframe outlined to you. Your basis for appeal should contain at least one of the following reasons.  You can: 

• Demonstrate an error in the process.
• Provide new and compelling evidence.
• Give some other substantive reason for appeal.
