Disclosure Procedure

Created 04.08.2022
Last Modified 21.02.2024

You cannot disclose sensitive or confidential information to any party. In order for a disclosure to be ‘protected’, you must comply with delivering this information to a relevant party, as follows:

  • A Director
  • HR; or
  • If you feel it is completely necessary, a relevant government body, such as the HSE.

You will suffer no detriment of any sort for making such a disclosure in accordance with this procedure. However, failure to follow this procedure may result in the disclosure of information losing its ‘protected status’. For further guidance in relation to this matter or concerning the use of the disclosure procedure generally, you should speak in confidence to HR.
