Occasionally one of our employees may need to become a carer for an important individual in their lives. One Degree North will always aim to fully support those who become a carer alongside working for us. This affects? employees in different ways, we encourage that you speak to your GP for guidance should you be experiencing any feelings of stress, anxiety, or depression due to your caring responsibilities. Alongside this, charities including CarersUK, and Age UK provide online guidance on a variety of aspects you may experience as a carer.

It is important that we maintain a healthy work life balance and if you find yourself struggling to balance this with your new caring responsibilities, speak a director regarding possible changes to your role, such as a reduced working pattern.
