All Company property you have had access to whilst at One Degree North; including, but not limited to, all data, whether electronic or hard copy, relating to One Degree North, our clients, potential clients and suppliers, and negotiation with clients, potential clients and suppliers should be returned to site upon leaving and should no longer be in your possession post-employment with One Degree North. 

Any devices issued by the Company must be returned to the director(s). You will not be allowed to take a mobile phone number with you as the number will remain part of the contract with our service provider. 

We have a legal obligation to protect One Degree North, our clients, potential clients and suppliers under section 55 of the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. If we believe property and/or data has not been returned they have a duty and will to report this to the Information Commissioners Office who will investigate and may take action where needed to change the behaviour of individuals who keep business, personal or business information. Action by the Information Commissioners Office can include criminal prosecution.
