Location of Work

You are required to work at such place or places of business of One Degree North as set out in your offer letter and/or your Contract of Employment and/or as may be otherwise required by us from time to time, for the proper performance of your duties. 

For the purpose of performing your duties you shall, at our expense, undertake such journeys in the United Kingdom and elsewhere as we may reasonably require. 

We are entitled to ask you to alter your place of work to any other place within the United Kingdom provided that, if we make such a request, you shall be offered such financial assistance in relation to the expenses of the move as we shall, in our absolute discretion, deem fair and reasonable (which shall, where appropriate, be free of tax up to the qualifying limit then in force for such reimbursement pursuant to UK income tax legislation). 

In the event that you are required to work overseas for any consecutive period in excess of twenty-eight days such additional terms as may be reasonable in the circumstances shall be agreed.
