Pension Scheme

One Degree North complies with automatic enrolment legislation and all workers, providing they meet certain qualifying criteria, will be automatically enrolled into the Company’s pension scheme. One Degree North’s pension scheme is run by TLC Accountants. Please ask the Directors of One Degree North for TLC Accountants contact details.

Subject to meeting certain qualifying criteria, One Degree North will make contributions into the pension scheme, and we will be required to make deductions from your salary in order to make Employee contributions into the scheme, which is a requirement of the legislation.
