Google Drive
We use Google Drive as our server of choice for all folders and files. All created files and folders must be saved in the shared folders and must not be created or saved in your personal drive. This means the data is kept secure and it allows for easy sharing across that team without the requirement to request permission.
Breeze
We currently use Breeze PM for our online project and task management. Your line manager will show you how to use this software in the first week of you joining the agency but you can ask as many questions as you want to ensure you use this software correctly and follow process. All tasks set up must carry a brief and a time estimate and be tagged correctly with the type of work it is (eg. design, web, SEO, PPC, etc). We also use Breeze as our timing tool to track the hours worked in a day by staff and also to track all time on any paid task. It is important that you start and stop your timer as you start and end tasks in order for us to analyse the numbers each month and work our efficiencies and profitability per client. YOU MUST NOT MANUALLY LOG YOUR HOURS AT THE END OF THE DAY. This will result in disciplinary action.
