Leaving Work Early

If you are working at the office when the weather takes a turn for the worst the Directors will assess whether or not those who live furthest away from the office will need to be allowed to leave work early to ensure they have a safe journey home. This will be staggered based on travelling distance as necessary and those able to walk to and from work will be expected to finish at the normal time.
