Monitoring Diversity at Work

As part of the application and new starter process, we ask all employees and job applicants to complete a form about their age, sex, race, ethnic origin and whether they suffer from any disabilities. This form is only used for the purpose of monitoring how effective our Equality and Inclusion policy is and help us see where we may need to focus our attention to be more diverse and inclusive. The information on this form is not used to decide someone’s suitability for the role and will be kept secure (and destroyed) in line with our GDPR and Data Protection policy.
