Lone Working Policy

Our aim is to provide a safe working environment at all times.  At certain times you may find you are working alone either at our offices, on site or at home.  This may be because of shift patterns, call outs or short-term staffing levels due to holiday cover.  This policy has been put in place to help safeguard you, your colleagues, and us, as a Company.

We fully comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 which obliges us to look after the welfare of any employee who may find themselves working alone.  This includes working alone on company property, on site or at home. We pay special attention to lone workers working at night or in high-risk situations.
