Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)

Should you submit a DSAR to a Director, you will be provided with the information within the timescales required by the data protection legislation.

The Data Protection Act places an obligation on us to remove information that could identify others within any requested data. It also provides exemptions where the right of access doesn’t apply to requests. You therefore need to be aware that the information you receive may have large sections redacted.
