Changes to homeworking, including withdrawing a homeworking agreement, will be at our discretion. You will be given one month’s written notice of the withdrawal, except where there has been a breach of trust, in which case no notice will be given.
If there are issues with your performance, we reserve the right to immediately withdraw homeworking without notice to enable you to be more closely monitored at work.
If you wish to cease homeworking, you must request this in writing, giving your reasons, to your the director(s). Once you have had a request to transfer to the office base agreed, you might not be able to apply for homeworking again in the future, unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as ill health.
