Asset Management
All devices are issued in line with your user profile and accessories may be issued based on request. If you are issued with an electronic/wireless device you will be asked to sign for it on receipt and will then be responsible for keeping it safe, secure and in good working order.
A record of the devices you have been issued with will be kept in our Asset Register, which is updated by the Directors a regular basis and includes a record of the device, its serial number, IMEI number, value (at purchase and to replace) and any equipment supplied with it on issue. A record will be kept on your Staff Squared personnel file.
Please make sure that you are using compatible and approved accessories with your device, as using alternatives (such as generic chargers) could be dangerous and lead to an accident.
Regular audits will be completed by the Directors to ensure the data held is up to date and accurate. Audits will also be completed to ensure only compatible and approved accessories are being used with the device. If you have any changes to your electronic/wireless device(s) or the equipment supplied with it, you must let a director know immediately.
All devices are to be returned at the end of your employment to the director(s) as failure to do so could result in the cost of replacing being deducted from your final pay.
