Misrepresentation

You tweet from your personal account saying you’re proud a great piece of work has finished for X client and include a picture of yourself outside the client site with ‘@INSERT COMPANY TWITTER HANDLE’ in your tweet. As a result, this appears in the Company feed and the client sees it. The client is not happy because it reveals information about their location / a product they haven’t launched yet is not public yet. As a result, even though the tweet hasn’t been on the official site, this is representing the client without their consent and not to the standard we have agreed to. We are therefore in breach of our agreement with them, and this could be treated as gross misconduct.
