Performance Review and Professional Development Plan
You will be invited to a performance discussion shortly after joining One Degree North. This will be followed by a performance appraisal in line with the Company’s appraisal calendar. Thereafter, you will have a performance appraisal a minimum of once every 3 months.
Throughout the year the director(s) will let you know how you are progressing and the appraisal is there to provide a time for you both to discuss your performance, your career development and training plan followed by the setting of objectives for the period until your next review. During this conversation, be prepared to discuss your career goals and development needs, as this will help you and the director(s) set specific goals aimed at helping you achieve these alongside your wider company performance goals.
