Travel by Road – Miscellaneous Driving Expenses/Fines

Necessary toll and bridge toll costs will be met, including congestion charge where there is a genuine business need to incur it. Please ensure you have or are going to actually enter the London congestion charge zone before you pay the charge, as only central London applies. 

Fines for road traffic offences will not under any circumstances be met by us including fines incurred because of non-payment of the congestion charge.  Any fine settled by us will be deducted from your next payment unless we are reimbursed before this.
