The relationships we create with our clients and suppliers are vitally important to our business if we are to continue to be a successful Company.  It is essential to this relationship that we develop trust by managing the relationship in an open, honest and fair way while striving to achieve the standard of excellence, which our clients have come to expect from us.

In every interaction you have with the client or customer you become the face of One Degree North and the experience that our client has, whether good or bad, will be in your power to influence. This does not mean that we always have the answer, nor does it mean that we say yes to every request. It does mean that we will keep our promises and that we will treat clients with consideration and respect and will be responsive to their needs.
