Disciplinary Sanctions

In addition to or as an alternative to any disciplinary outcome, we may put one or more of the following into place: 

  • Offer alternative employment to you at a lower grade.
  • Demote you.
  • Introduce a period or periods of retraining at a lower grade.
  • Withdraw you from participation in any bonus scheme, incentive scheme, shift or attendance allowance scheme.
  • Reduce your salary or wages, benefits or privileges consequent upon demotion, retraining or withdrawal from any bonus or other remuneration scheme.
