Overlapping grievances and disciplinary cases

Where you raise a grievance during a disciplinary process, the disciplinary may be suspended to deal with the grievance. However, where the grievance and disciplinary matters are related, it may be deemed appropriate to deal with them at the same time.  This will be at the discretion of the investigating and adjudicating officers.
