Right to vary the procedure

Where possible, we will always try to follow the above process and guidelines, and as a minimum follow those laid down by the ACAS Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures.  However, we reserve the right to alter any procedure at their discretion, depending on individual circumstances.
