Hours of Work
Your specific hours of work are as set out in your Contract of Employment.
You are permitted to have up to one hour’s lunch per day and you should aim to have a minimum of 30 minutes at least, ideally away from your computer screen.
If you are late for work (through no fault of the Company), you will be expected to make up the hours or have the time deducted from your wages. You will also be expected to make up any time taken to attend medical or dental appointments.
As a company we firmly believe in being able to create a good working environment for our teams, which includes our approach to working more flexibly. More information on this, including how to make more formal Flexible working requests, are covered in Our Approach to Flexible Working, section x.
