Right to work in the UK
Before you commence employment with us, we will check that you are eligible to work in the UK. You will need to produce original eligibility to work in the UK documents, a copy of which will then be taken by you’re a director and placed upon your employee file. A list of documents that we are able to accept can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/right-to-work-checklist.
If you have indefinite right to work in the UK, e.g., you have a VISA or have pre-settled status under the EUSS, you will need to provide evidence of your ongoing eligibility prior to the expiry date on your initial documents. If your status changes, you must inform us immediately. Your employment is subject to your ongoing eligibility to work in the UK, as such it is your responsibility to maintain your status.
We reserve the right to complete ongoing eligibility checks throughout your employment with us.
