Congratulations you’re having a baby! Once you have worked at One Degree North for a complete year, you will receive 6 weeks full pay and 6 weeks half pay AND a bonus 12 months after you return. Eligibility criteria does apply. Please see the Maternity/Paternity policy for more details.
