Personal Development

We think it is important that all team members continue to grow professionally and in order to do this we will allow everyone to request some PD time from their monthly schedule to further their knowledge on something specific or to learn a new skill. This PD time will be booked in your schedule based on current agency workload following a discussion with your line manager about what you want to do. Personal Development is to be driven by you, the employee and is a benefit that you control.

There may be instances where paid client work has to take priority over PD and as such, we will endeavour to reschedule this time, although this may not always be possible. Please note PD time is not compulsory and only becomes available post probation.
