One Degree North commits itself to support employee mental health and wellbeing. Support is available in through:

  • The provision of regular 1-2-1’s and performance reviews
  • An open and transparent working environment
  • Stress risk assessments to establish the level of exposure to stress within an individual’s role 
  • Occupational Health reviews, if deemed appropriate
  • Reasonable adjustments to the workplace to enable the individual to do their job, if required or possible
  • The flexible working policy
  • Access to work, which can provide additional support and funding to help keep employees with mental health issues in work
  • Online content including Mind, NHS, Rethink Mental Illness,  

Whilst One Degree North will do its utmost to support you within the workplace, it is your responsibility to visit your GP and gain specific medical advice and receive appropriate medication and support. Should any medication have possible adverse effects that might impact you within the workplace, please ensure you raise this with the director(s).
