Final Consultation
The final consultation meeting, unless it is deemed unnecessary, will be held after the cooling off period. Depending on what has been raised during the consultation period, additional meetings may be needed, but this will depend entirely on the situation and alternatives/ suggestions proposed.
At the final consultation meeting, the decision as to whether your role will be made redundant will be communicated to you. We will explain the rationale for the decision and will allow you to ask any final questions you may have. We will confirm our decision in writing and include details regarding working notice, holiday pay, returning company property, leaving date and final pay information. How you can appeal the decision will also be explained to you.
