You are laughing and joking online in a space that contains both work colleagues and personal friends.  You post a picture of one of your work colleagues with their head attached to a famous person’s body, with an insinuation that they are gay.  Whilst posted privately, this would still constitute bullying, harassment, offensive and discriminatory behaviour towards a work colleague which would contravene the Company policies.  This act could also be considered illegal as it is tantamount to cyber bullying, therefore, not only could the matter be referred for internal disciplinary action it may also be referred to the police for criminal investigation.
