How is your information collected and used?
The lawful basis for requesting your personal data is to comply with the Employment Contract, the processing is necessary for us to fulfil our contract with you. We have a legal obligation to provide some of this information to third parties to ensure compliance with the law, for example for auto-enrolment onto pension schemes, payroll and HMRC commitments. Prior to us releasing your personal data we will ensure processing is necessary for your legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of One Degree North.
We obtain information about you when you apply for a position with us, and ultimately when you are appointed. The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, contact telephone numbers, employment history, banking details, medical information and emergency contact information etc.
We will use your information to:
- Carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered by you and One Degree North.
- Send you communications which you have requested; or
- To review your suitability in relation to a job application.
When requesting information from you we will identify the reason for collection of the data and what third party, system or process it will be used for.
