As a Company, we regularly review our business plan and the skills and people we need in order to make us successful.  As a result, we look at the skills and learning needs of our people to ensure they can be part of that success.  As part of our quarterly appraisal process, we will complete a training needs analysis and have a training plan for the year.  This will be shared with you and if you have any particular training needs, please speak with the director(s).
