If we do not pay you SSP you may ask us to provide written reasons for the decision and we will comply within 7 days.

If you wish to challenge our decision, you may ask for a determination of the issue by an adjudication officer. One Degree North or the Department for Work and Pensions must make the approach to the adjudication officer on your behalf.
