Cases of unauthorised absence will be dealt with under the Company’s disciplinary procedure.
Absence that has not been notified according to the sickness absence reporting procedure may be treated as unauthorised absence.
If you do not report for work and have not followed the absence reporting procedure, please expect the Company to contact you. Should the Company contact you, this does not negate the fact that you should have followed the Company’s reporting sickness and notification of absence procedures detailed above.
